Group Training

There are regular CounterBalance Health group training sessions at two locations south of Perth; Shirley Strickland Reserve, Ardross and Winthrop Park, Winthrop.

Junior Boxing Sessions are now held every Thursday at Winthrop Park, starting at 4:45pm.

 

Personal Training
