Taking the gym outside!

Leonie creates challenging fitness sessions that work to whole body and promote balance, strength and endurance. All of CounterBalance Health's training sessions offer the flexibility to cater for beginners right through to those that already have an advanced fitness base.

The framework is heavily focused on boxing, core strength and promoting functional movements. Each session is different and can include a mix of high intensity interval training (HIIT), cardio work, bodyweight exercises, free-weight exercises, abdominal floor work, resistance bands... and a whole lot more.

Leonie's personal touch cultivates a fun, friendly environment and community type culture that has you feeling welcome from the moment you step onto the green.

Junior Boxing Group Training
Thursday, 4:45pm - 5:30pm

A fun fitness session for kids that helps develop self-confidence and discipline in a safe environment. Boxing works the whole body and promotes balance, strength and endurance. Suitable for children in Grades 4 to 9 (contact Leonie to discuss options for children outside this range).

Junior Gloves can be provided, so just bring water
